On this epsiode of the Pixel Apocalypse Podcast the boys salute Valve’s Left 4 Dead series as being the best of this generation. They also discuss the demos they have been playing, and how Kingdoms of Amalur has an identity crisis.
In the second segment the boys discuss Moneyball and Bobby Kotick, Nate’s love of all things Gina Carano, and the new Resident Evil Movie. Nate swears never to speak to Alex again unless he watches his It Came From Netflix pick, and the show wraps up with Today In Hollyweird with 30 seconds on the clock.
George Lucas quitting like a child for everyone hating him is just fukin hilarious. What a stupid fuk. Now we just need someone to do remakes of all the movies and do them better( well atleast the prequel movies better) Alex whats wrong with you?? Do you hate yourself so much that you refuse to watch good movies?? Come on Big Trouble in Little China, really??? Great show guys laters Scottyd
I KNOW RIGHT!!!! He absolutely is a sadist like that:)
“Everybody relax, I’m here”.
“You know what ol’ Jack Burton always says at a time like this?”
In my book Jack Burton is one of the best characters of all time. If you are in to audio/visual quality, do yourself a favor and skip Netflixs and get rent the special edition DVD. They did an great job cleaning it up…
Yeah Big Trouble in Little China is the best movie EVER!
Side note, Michelle Rodriguez is thrown from the train by the licker at the end of RE but we don’t see her die.
Ahhhhhhhh, it all becomes clear now! Is it weird that I find Michelle Rodriguez attractive even though she kind of looks like a bulldog?
Maybe you need to come to the realization your into bulldogs??
Great show guys!
Money Ball. I’m a huge sports fan, huge. While this movie was really well directed and acted I found it to be a bit on the dry side. Maybe I’m just too familiar with the story, or the fact that the concept of money ball really hasn’t change the landscape of the sport all that much. Was this not Jonah Hill’s first move out of comedy? I though he really put in a solid performance as well.
Really looking forward to another Pie movie. Original cast to boot! Really though, the only original cast member who’s career isn’t in the toilet is the flute fucker, so it couldn’t have been hard to round this group up. Hopefully they really push the envelope with this one.
I’m interested in Haywire, but the rotten tomatoes user rating has me worried. A buddy saw it and said it was ass. I guess we’ll see…
Hey guys, next episode is going to be a little late obviously. My PC crashed again. Never eeeeeevvvveeeerr buy an Asus motherboard. They are balls!
I need my fix damn it! call I sick tomorrow…
Back up and running now, should record tonight and if it isn’t to late I’ll upload tonight. If not I’ll make sure it gets up tomorrow morning before I go to work. Should be a good show, lots to discuss and tons of retards to make fun of this week!
