Who exactly is Ridley Scott trying to fool by saying Prometheus isn’t an Aliens prequel? From the trailer it looks like events in the movie will have a direct bearing on events we saw in both his 1979 classic Alien, and James Cameron’s sequel Aliens. Is old Ridley just pulling shenanigans on us? If so I like it! Keep me guessing sir and I’ll love you for it, unless the movie is absolute balls of course in which case I’ll flame you so bad you’ll feel like a marshmallow at a campfire when I’m done…
